Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in a SAFe environment
• Proven experience in software development or IT environments, with a strong understanding of Agile and Lean principles.
• Certifications: Certified SAFe 6.0 Scrum Master (SSM) is required. Additional Agile certifications such as CSM (Certified Scrum Master) or CSP (Certified Scrum Professional) are a plus.
• Strong understanding of SAFe 6.0 principles, roles, and artifacts
• Excellent facilitation, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively within cross-functional, cross-cultural teams
• Experience using Agile tools such as Jira, Rally, or similar platforms
• Empathy, patience, and the ability to foster a supportive team environment. Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to manage changes and uncertainty in Agile projects.

Description:
We are seeking a skilled Scrum Master with a solid understanding of SAFe 6.0 practices to facilitate and support Agile teams in the successful delivery of high-quality services.
In this role, you will act as a servant leader, coach, and facilitator, ensuring Agile principles are followed and continuous improvement is fostered within the teams and business management.
As a Scrum Master, you will guide the team through SAFe ceremonies, remove impediments, and act as a key point of contact between team members and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Facilitate Scrum Processes
Guide and coach the Agile team in SAFe 6.0 Scrum practices and events, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and Agile ceremonies such as Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Retrospective.
Ensure that team activities align with the SAFe 6.0 framework and that Agile ceremonies are efficient and effective.
2. Serve as a SAFe Facilitator
Participate in SAFe ceremonies, including PI (Program Increment) Planning, System Demos, Inspect and Adapt, and Scrum of Scrums.
Coordinate with Release Train Engineers (RTEs) and Service Owners (Product Owners) to ensure alignment between program-level priorities and team-level execution.
3. Support Team Collaboration and Communication
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging open communication and transparency among team members and stakeholders.
Act as a liaison between the Agile team and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication regarding progress, risks, and dependencies.
4. Remove Roadblocks and Manage Dependencies
Identify, document, and work to remove any impediments or dependencies that prevent the team from meeting sprint goals.
Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and RTEs to resolve cross-team dependencies and align on shared goals.
5. Drive Continuous Improvement
Champion Agile best practices and continuously seek opportunities to improve team productivity, quality, and predictability.
Encourage the use of metrics and data-driven insights (such as velocity, burn-down, and cumulative flow) to support continuous improvement and transparent progress tracking.
6. Coach and Mentor Team Members
Serve as a mentor and coach for team members and other stakeholders in Agile methodologies, SAFe principles, and self-organizing practices.
Promote a collaborative and self-sustaining Agile environment where teams can adapt and improve their processes independently.
7. Align with Organizational Goals
Work with Service Owners (Product Owners0, RTEs, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment between team goals and program objectives, maintaining focus on delivering customer value.
Support organizational Agile maturity by contributing to and supporting SAFe initiatives, training programs, and knowledge sharing across teams.
